Scale investment refers to an action and a process of utilizing the current capital, human resource, information and other resource of the company to make investment concentrated on advantageous industries and projects. In considering potential investment opportunities, BVCC takes into account factors such as the quality of a management team, domestic and international market sizes, technology trends, and Chinese regulations and policies in specific areas. BVCC works closely with its portfolio companies and therefore generally receives significant equity ownership through its investments in these startups.
